Zhuji Machine Tool Works is situated in the urban district of Zhuji city ,which has well developed communications and transportation ,beautiful landscape ,and is praised as "a pearl of Xishi,a famous beauty in Chinese history . It is designated by the Ministry of Machine and Electronic Industry as a specialized manufacturer for lathe.It Is also a leading manufacturer for machine tools in Zhejiang Province.Our products are sold to 29 provinces across the whole country ,exported to USA ,Thailand,Australia,Hongkong and other countries and regions .they are very popular with user both at home and abroad.
The factory has a staff of 915 people,of those 192 are technical persons.It cover an area of 69,000 square meters .It has fixed assets of 45,000,000 yuan. In recent years ,the office building ,science and technology building have been set up ,and the environment improved
Zhuji Machine tool works has foundry,forge,machining,shied making,assembly,painting and other shops.it has strong technical forces,a complete production system and advanced equipment for metal machining and machine building .The key equipment are Japanese made HG630II horizontal maching center,YE7232A worm wheel grinder,high precision external cylinder grinder,guide way peripheral grinder,ultrasonic frequency induction heater,single column jig borer ,hard-support dynamic balancer ,,gear noise tester ,and other high-efficiency and precision equipment.In addition,we have gotten ISO9001 certificate of quality system certification.All this provide a good foundation for the development of new products
Our factory has a history of more than 30 years in making machinetools. In recent years, we developed NC digital display , precision , gap-bed ,bench and special lathes. Their swings over bed are form 320 to 560 mm .These new model machine tools were tested by China Machine Tools Inspection Center and were asserted to be of the technical level of the developed country ,At present ,we have products of 8 varieties and 15 sizes which got National Export products Quality Permit the latest developed models ,such as GH-1340,GH-1340A,GH-1440A,KLS-1540,KLS-1740,C6246 are advanced and mature in technology and very popular with user at home and abroad .now they are exported about 150 sets each month The annual exported value is about 3 million US dollar.
